Spring Cleaning - Item 14.
We hope you enjoy our walls and ceiling. After we move in, we have spent over $9000 on painting the Family Room, Media Room, Master Bedroom, 2 Secondary Rooms, and the Entire Master Bathroom. The rest of the home was painted by the Builders Selection which we consider acceptable.

Spring Cleaning - Item 20.
Cabinets are from the Builders selection which was one of the major reasons we personally fell in love with the kitchen.

Spring Cleaning - Item 26.
No need for a Chimney sweep. We use only Natural gas, no wood burning.

Daily Showings - Item 2
Hopefully my family will be able to accommodate you. However, this was one of the major reasons we listed with 1st Home Realty was that you would be able to view our entire home through their marketing program.
