What first attracted us to our neighborhood is the quite tree lined street and how everyone took great pride in their homes. We knew we wanted our child in Keller ISD. The fact that it is zoned for Keller High School was a big bonus. But upon closer inspection of the home we found that it had a large back yard with covered patio. That’s what sealed the deal for us!!! We could already see the great get togethers and parties. We added the pool with hot tub and rock water fall to transform it into our very own tropical paradise. The large kitchen is located off the back patio so entertaining is a snap. We added a wine refrigerator and microwave/convection oven combo so large gatherings are no problem for this house. The master bedroom is also located at the back of the home overlooking the pool. We just love waking up in the morning looking out our bedroom window to the tropical paradise...just like being on vacation year round
This house has been a great source of entertainment for family and friends. It is nicely laid out to accommodate entertaining and also quite nights with just the kids. It is a 4 bedroom, 2 ∏ bath custom home. Custom paint and ceramic tile throughout makes it a truly warm and friendly place.
The oversized master bedroom with large bathroom and walk in closet is located on the first floor. In the spring and fall we love to open the windows at night and have the waterfall on to have the sounds of peaceful water flowing just outside our room. What a great way to drift off to sleep. The three other bedrooms are on the second floor with the large game room that has an open concept overlooking the entry way. The family room located on the first floor has a custom built lighted entertainment center, custom texture and paint along with a large brick gas burning fire place. We have enjoyed this room tremendously, it is a very nice area to gather and spend some quality family time.
The kitchen is large with abundant cabinet space, two pantries and a built in desk. It is a nice place for the kids to do homework while dinner is being prepared. All appliances have been updated. The breakfast nook area with bay windows is large enough for a six seat dining table. The nook also includes a two seat breakfast bar. The formal dining room is located directly off the kitchen so entertaining large groups is no problem. The laundry room with cabinets and built in laundry staging area also has overhead storage. It is large enough for a washer, dryer, and stand up freezer and ample storage space.
We have added ceiling fans to all bedrooms and living areas. A new roof was installed in 2004 and we also installed a wrought iron and wood privacy fence. The side entry two car garage is large and has a built in workbench. A storage building is located at the rear of the property on a concrete slab and is large enough to hold all lawn equipment. The backyard backs up to a lot that will never have a home built on it because it is a green belt. That makes it very nice and private for the pool area.
We have enjoyed living and working on our home to make it the showplace it is. There are so many more details to this home. You will just have to see to appreciate. We know that it will make a wonderful home for the new owner.
